H. J. Timothy Hardy
Mr. Hardy is a Managing Director of PetroCapRE, and directs PCRE's Atlanta office within the Multi-site Convenience Store and Franchise Industry. Mr. Hardy has been in the Specialty Finance arena for 26 years. During the past ten years he has facilitated in excess of $1.5 billion in loan originations.
Prior to joining PCRE, Mr. Hardy was sole shareholder in Value Added Solutions, Inc., where he most recently facilitated the financing of the acquisition of the Dallas Area Shell Oil stores.
He was formerly the National Business Development Manager and Vice President of the former Commercial Finance Division of Shell Capital, Inc., a subsidiary of Shell Oil Co., Inc.
Mr. Hardy's other experience and accomplishments include:
- Successfully assisted in the formation and development of three startup companies
- Instrumental in the development of a financial derivative for the Capital Markets resulting in aggregate securitizations in excess of $6 billion
- Contributed to the origination and securitization of the first portfolio of its asset type in excess of $400 million, resulting in a net profit of $42 million. Personal volume contribution to the portfolio was in excess of $100 million
- Established and managed the sales team at Shell Capital and initially managed the sales teams for the startup entities
- Prior to Shell Capital and the startup companies, he moved regional sales from fourth position to first position within 12 months
Mr. Hardy has proven skills within the Specialty Finance arena and is a visionary leader, strategic planner and business development expert.
